It’s great that you’re interested in joining our Scout Group.
We’re in the difficult situation that we have more young people on our waiting list than we have places that we can offer. So when we invite young people to join our group we normally prioritise based on the following criteria:
- Children of our existing leaders who are on our waiting list
- Siblings of children in our group who are on our waiting list
- Existing members of Scouting who are moving to our area from outside North London
- Children and grand-children of past members of our Group who are on our waiting list
- Children who live closest to The Green who are on our waiting list
- Children whose parents will help with a formal role in the Group who are on our waiting list
